Ms Michelle Viret
Managing Director. Michelle has over 35 years of IT experience and specialises in SAP marketing and sales with a special focus on resourcing and training.
Mr Andrew Sampson
Operations Director. With over 35 years of IT experience, Andrew is responsible for all statutory compliance and manages contract and payroll systems.
Mrs Sambarani Naidoo
Management and administration of quality system documentation, reporting statistical analysis, conducting safety and quality audits, induction program presentations, recording of incidents and our ‘consultant care’ program and EH&S environment.

Message from Founder
OpenSource was founded in 1993 specifically to provide recruitment services to the IT industry.
At the time there were few such specialist recruitment companies, largely because few understood the unique range of skills and technologies enough to match resources to positions.
During the development of OpenSource we were exposed to SAP. We furthered our focus on developing recruitment staff that were trained to identify and match the skills that SAP vacancies require, as this is a highly technical and specialised environment.
As a result, OpenSource’s reputation is now synonymous with providing SAP skills and expertise, worldwide.
