Equipping Tomorrow’s Talent with SAP Skills and Career-Ready Experience

OpenSource is thrilled to launch a game-changing Graduate Training Program, fueled by a grant from MICT SETA, designed to prepare talented young professionals with critical SAP S/4 skills. This Young Professional Empowerment Initiative is more than just a training program—it’s a bridge to a brighter future for the next generation of tech and business leaders.

“This initiative is about creating real opportunities for our youth, equipping them with industry-leading skills and connecting them with potential employers,” says Michelle Viret, Managing Director of OpenSource. “We are proud to be paving a pathway to sustainable careers through the power of SAP and the support of MICT SETA.”

This initial cohort of 15 ambitious graduates, all Cape Town-based and under 27, began their journey on October 21st. Over three immersive months, they’ll earn their stripes in the SAP integrated business processes, equipped with a SAP E-Learning HUB license, and certified in the prestigious TS410 course. Graduates come from diverse fields, including Data Science, Accounting, and Engineering, and bring fresh perspectives and unwavering commitment to mastering SAP.

Program Highlights Include:

  • SAP Academy – Hands-on, instructor-led training from SAP-certified professionals
  • Classroom and Real-World Training – From SAP integration to case study projects
  • Soft Skills Mastery – Workshops on POPIA, Employment Equity, Design Thinking, CV Prep, and more
  • SAP Certification – TS410 SAP Business Process Integration on S/4HANA
